Within the past 728 days, many devastating events have happened in my life that affected my physical and mental health. When the pandemic started, I started to have anxiety attacks more frequently to the point that I could not perform my day-to-day activities.
In one of my remedies to prevent anxiety attacks, my doctor asked me to record my stress levels and heart rate for six months to better understand the causes of my anxiety.
I decided to track my stress levels for one year to understand how stress strains my body.
Monitoring my stress levels allows me to feel more in control of my response to stressful situations, which ultimately helps reduce my anxiety.
